Boat

Dewata was built during 2020 - 2022 in Bira, Sulawesi. Measuring 33m in length and 6.7m in width, with average cruising speed at 9 knots per hour. It is perfectly designed for your private cruises for you and your loved ones, families or friends.

Dewata features the newest air or nitrox scuba diving equipment, so you can witness in style the richest coral reefs in the world. Offering privacy, open space and views of endless shades of blue, cruising with Dewata luxury yacht is the promise of an unforgettable sea adventure.

Dewata's unique layout allows you to enjoy an exquisite experience of the Indonesian seas at your own pace. Go up onto the upper deck at sunrise to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful all-round sea views, and at sunset, sip a glass of excellent wine or our delicious cocktails as you gaze at the breathtaking Indonesian night-sky.

In between the exciting and diverse range of activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking or hiking, our guests may enjoy a freshly ground coffee, a healthy pressed fruit juice or a cocktail while contemplating the ocean.

Dewata's chef will propose a fusion cuisine freshly cooked onboard who meets the guests’ requirements and food preferences.

Onboard, there is sound system, movie projector, photographer desk, massage table, scuba diving (Nitrox) & snorkeling gear, free diving buoy and line, sea kayak, paddle board, yoga mats for guests to discovery.


Cabin

Dewata features 3 guest cabins, it can welcome up to 6 guests.

2 Master Cabins:
Located on the main deck,feature large French windows with a sea view and access to a private patio and swimming platform.

Each cabin features a king size bed (200cm x 200cm), air conditioning, an en-suite large bathroom with hot water and full toiletries. It also has 220V power plugs to charge your electronics and cameras.

The private patio room will feature an espresso machine, an ice maker, a fridge and a private access to the sea with a hot shower. Every morning, our guests will enjoy exquisite breakfasts served on their private terrasse.

1 Deluxe Cabin:
Located on the lower deck. This cabin holds twin beds convertible to Australian king size bed (180cm x 200cm), with a comfortable en-suite bathroom and AC. If you wish to come with your children, extra guests or your private staff, this cabin is available for them.


Diving

  • Up to 3 dives daily, depending on conditions and itinerary.
  • 1 - 2 dives will be provided on the day of embarkation.
  • 1 - 2 dives will be provided on the day before disembarkation.
  • No dive will be provided on the day of disembarkation.
  • All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.
  • Diving gears & Snorkeling gears are provided free of charge.
  • For non-divers, will provide 1 free introductory dive/person.
  • Sea Kayaks, Paddle boards, Yoga mats are available too.

Arcipelago di Alor

Best time for diving
April to November, as this is when both visibility and weather are at their best, while September is the best time to spot Mola Mola. The currents usually are strongest in October and November, making conditions more challenging. From late December until early March, Alor is usually considered as off-season due to the rainy season.

About temperatures
Air : winter months are between 26°C - 29°C, summer months are between 27°C - 32°C.
Sea : between 25°C - 27°C from March to April & October to November, between 27°C - 30°C from May to September. Thermoclines are common year round, the water can drop at times to 22°C or lower.

Wetsuit Recommendation
We recommend a 5 mm full wetsuit. If you get cold easily, we recommend also bring gloves and a hood, or even a 7 mm full wetsuit.

Diver requirement
Suitable for all levels of diver from beginners to experienced. However, in the open blue, the current can be strong at times, so divers should to be comfortable with their skills. Embarkation / Disembarkation
Alor liveaboard trips are usually from Maumere to Maumere, guests need to fly to Maumere airport (MOF).
However, some liveaboards often combine Alor with other destinations like Komodo, Banda Sea, Raja Ampat. Then you might only need to arrive or depart from Maumere.

Visa Requirements
Indonesia offers a free visa on arrival service for many nationalities which allows visitors to stay in the country for up to 30 days. A list of countries that are eligible for visa on arrival can be found on the Indonesian Government's Directorate General of Immigration.

Please note: Immigration officials in Indonesia may ask for proof of onward travel (e.g. a return or onward air ticket).

Vaccinations
Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for travellers over the age of 9 months arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

Money Matters
The local currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), all liveaboards accept cash payments in USD.
Rupiah can be purchased from all major banks and exchange outlets. Credit and debit cards are also accepted in major hotels, restaurants & shops.

Drones
There are very few restrictions on the use of drones for photography purposes within Indonesia. Please check Drone laws in Indonesia for details.

Extending your holiday

Bali e Lombok

Clima : Raja Ampat si trova all'equatore ed ha un clima caldo ed umido. La temperatura dell'aria e' costante con 31 gradi di massima il giorno e 24 gradi la notte, l'umidita' media e' dell'83%.

Acqua : La temperatura dell'acqua e' abbastanza costante e calda tra i 27 e 29 gradi.

Abbigliamento : Vestiti leggeri e che vi protegga dai raggi solari ed una giacca a vento nel caso di pioggia e per la sera.

Mare di Banda

Best time for diving
October to November & March to April, the seas are generally calmer during these months and in October to November there is higher chance to see hammerhead sharks. From May to August the surface conditions can get quite rough.

The visibility is generally good to excellent in Banda Sea areas, except in Ambon bay and in other bays for critter dives. Currents are low to moderate on most of the sites, however, strong currents may occur at times.

About temperatures
Air : range between 25°C - 31°C year-round.
Sea : range between 26°C - 29°C year-round.

Wetsuit Recommendation
We recommend a 3 - 5 mm full wetsuit throughout the year.

Diver requirement
