Boat

Lady Denok is a 28 meters long Phinisi schooner with 7 meters in width, crusing at 9 knots per hour. Her maiden voyage was in January 2016. It is perfect for smaller group who wish to make a personalised charter trip.

Lady Denok is equipped with the latest in marine technology and safety features. It is set up to give you the best live-aboard experience in this part of the world. From her stern to her bow she was designed to give the most comfortable accommodation attainable.

Lady Denok is elegant in every way but don’t underestimate her power. She has a Yanmar 350 Horsepower Engine and is powered by 2x 33KVA Yanmar Generators. If you are ready to cruise what is considered the global epicenter of tropical marine biodiversity the Lady Denok is ready to give you an unforgettable experience of adventure in a plush and safe environment as you come and live a slice of heavenin the pristine islands of the Indonesia archipelago.

The certified and professionally trained crew are willing and able to ensure you a safe and comfortable voyage through indonesia’s tropical island paradise. And from the galley you will be catered to by our chef as he shows you his art to keep you healthy and strong throughout the cruise with delicious Indonesian, Asian and European cuisine.

For relaxation, guests can choose the indoor saloon equipped with an entertainment system, or the sundeck including a comfortable outdoor lounge area. Fresh meals are cooked by the on-board chef and served in the beautiful outdoor dinning area with breathtaking views of Indonesia and the tropical islands paradise.


Cabin

Lady Denok has 7 comfortable cabins, and it can welcome up to 12 guests.

All cabins have ensuite private bathroom with portholes, potable hot and cold water and individually controlled air conditioning.

1 Master Cabin :
Located on the upper deck, with one double bed, window.

2 Double Cabins :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with one double bed, portholes.

2 Twin Cabins :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with two separate single beds, portholes.

2 Single Cabins :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with one single bed, portholes.


Diving

  • 3 dives per day + alternating additional night dives.
  • No dive on the embarkation and disembarkation day.
  • Only 1 - 2 dives will be provided on the last diving day.
  • All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.
  • Kayaks and Snorkeling gears are available onboard for use.

Itinerari (V.O)

Raja Ampat | December – April

DAY 1 | check dive
We will pick you up at Sorong Airport (Dominik Osok Airport) or your hotel. Transfer to harbour Sorong (Nusa Hamina). Depending on time of arrival, check dive will be in Matan island on the way to Misool, otherwise will be at Daram island (Misool).

DAY 2 | 4X DIVES
Daram Islands in Misool area. Dive in Andiamo, Candy Store, Warna Berwarna, Yiliet kecil.

DAY 3 | 4X DIVES
Warakaraket island Dive in the fabulous dive sites Tank Rock or Nudi R with a vast area of hard and soft coral. In Boo West, Karang Bayangan (Magic Mountain) dive sites you will see abundant fish and coral reef life. Night dive is in Yillet besar.

DAY 4 | 4X DIVES
Early morning we sail to Wayilbatan Island. Diving at Four Kings, Wedding Cake, Barracuda Rock, Wayilbatan Bay (night dive).

DAY 5 | 3X DIVES
Balbulol island. Dive in Pet rock, 3 Rock, and Plateau. In the evening we cross to Central Raja Ampat.

DAY 6 | 3X DIVES
Piaynemo Island. We will dive in the beautiful Melissa Garden and Keruo Channel. In the afternoon, hike up to Piaynemo viewpoint where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the surrounding islands. At night we will dive in Galaxy dive site.

DAY 7 | 3X DIVES
Kawe island. The waters around Kawe are home to a number of outstanding dive sites. We will dive in Eagle Rock 1, Eagle Rock 2, and Black Rock.

DAY 8 | 4X DIVES
Yanggefo island has a number of excellent dive sites in for experienced divers and mostly have strong currents. Here you can see reef sharks, schools of tuna, jacks, barracuda, various reef fishes. Dive sites: Mayhem, Citrus Reef, Barracuda Reef, and Mangrove Ridge (night dive).

DAY 9 | 4X DIVES
Airborek Island (Dampier strait). We will dive at Manta ridge which is known for its strong currents, diver must really follow the directions of the dive guide. Manta Sandy is a cleaning station for mantas and this dive site does not have strong current. Next dive will be in Arborek Reef and night dive will be in Arborek Jetty.

DAY 10 | 4X DIVES
Mansuar island and Kri island (Dampier strait) – 4 dives. Dive sites: Sawendarek, Cape Cri, Yenbuba Reef, Yenbuba jetty (night dive).

DAY 11 | 4X DIVES
Mansuar island and Kri island (Dampier Strait). Here, we can see beautiful and varied coral reefs with schools of sweet lips, barracuda, fussilers, and other marine life creature. Dive sites are Blue Magic, Sardine Reef, Chicken Reef, Mioskon Reef (night dive).

DAY 12 | 2X DIVES
Saonek island 2 dive Here we can dive relaxed. There is no current and we can see small marine life creature. Dive sites: Saonek Besar, Saonek Kecil.

DAY 13
Departure day, Sorong. After breakfast, we will transfer you to hotel or airport.

Periodo : La stagione per le crociere e' tutto l'anno. La migliore stagione e' da dicembre a marzo con la miglior visibilita'. Molte barche evitano Raja Ampat da meta' luglio a meta' settembre a causa della probabilita' di trovare forte vento con onde e pioggia.

Clima : Raja Ampat si trova all'equatore ed ha un clima caldo ed umido. La temperatura dell'aria e' costante con 31 gradi di massima il giorno e 24 gradi la notte, l'umidita' media e' dell'83%.

Acqua : La temperatura dell'acqua e' abbastanza costante e calda tra i 27 e 29 gradi.

Abbigliamento : Vestiti leggeri e che vi protegga dai raggi solari ed una giacca a vento nel caso di pioggia e per la sera.

Mare di Banda

Best time for diving
October to November & March to April, the seas are generally calmer during these months and in October to November there is higher chance to see hammerhead sharks. From May to August the surface conditions can get quite rough.

The visibility is generally good to excellent in Banda Sea areas, except in Ambon bay and in other bays for critter dives. Currents are low to moderate on most of the sites, however, strong currents may occur at times.

About temperatures
Air : range between 25°C - 31°C year-round.
Sea : range between 26°C - 29°C year-round.

Wetsuit Recommendation
We recommend a 3 - 5 mm full wetsuit throughout the year.

Diver requirement
Most dive sites are suitable for all levels with a few exceptions that are suitable only for advanced divers. You can find out more informations about diving in Banda Sea here : Banda Sea

Embarkation / Disembarkation
The embarkation / disembarkation can be in Ambon (AMQ), Kaimana (KNG), Maumere (MOF), Sorong (SOQ), Waisai (RJM), Saumalaki (SXK) etc. As some of the Banda Sea trip will combine with other destinations like Raja Ampat, Halmahera, Triton Bay. So please ask our agent to know the exact port for your trip.

Visa Requirements
Indonesia offers a free visa on arrival service for many nationalities which allows visitors to stay in the country for up to 30 days. A list of countries that are eligible for visa on arrival can be found on the Indonesian Government's Directorate General of Immigration.

Please note: Immigration officials in Indonesia may ask for proof of onward travel (e.g. a return or onward air ticket).

Vaccinations
Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for travellers over the age of 9 months arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

Money Matters
The local currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), all liveaboards accept cash payments in USD.
Rupiah can be purchased from all major banks and exchange outlets. Credit and debit cards are also accepted in major hotels, restaurants & shops.

Drones
There are very few restrictions on the use of drones for photography purposes within Indonesia. Please check Drone laws in Indonesia for details.

Extending your holiday
